No reason to complain, I had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay and would love to go back. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a nice area, so close to the surrounding areas, airport in morning coffee and the sky train.

The room is well-maintained with comfortable beds, the breakfast is delicious, and its location is fantastic being close to the sky train, airport, and public transportation.

The location for Richmond was marvellous and quiet, not far from eating establishments, and airport and public transport.
